General thoughts on productive PAL sessions

By Steve Draper,   Department of Psychology,   University of Glasgow.

Inputs from facs:
	(facilitating)
	Expertise
Meta-expertise: how to find the answer yourself
Own experience of the course and work.

Solo: group
Few big groups, subdivided on the day
It's mainly when the course fails in some way.... e.g. no egs of work,
But also perhaps, intro and experience of exercises they could later adopt
	routinely and solo.
But many clients only come a few times, but remember those times as very useful.
All the same exercise, or different.
