Effective LifeLong Inventory

It is, firstly, an inventory of 7 attributes that favour lifelong learning; that is, 7 dimensions of "learning power". But the idea has always been, to consider each of them as something an individual should cultivate i.e. they are also principles about what the learner should be or become, and hence by implication, things that teachers / learning designers should bring about somehow.
