The Boyd Orr Building
The comments given for the Boyd Orr are as follows: Who said what
Big, grey, dreary building with ugly architecture. It's an eye sore and doesn't blend with the rest of the uni. Emma Berridge
Badly designed and modernist, so not designed to last. They look pretty tatty. Also the Boyd Orr building won an award for design???? I've never had the misfortune to use such an inconvenient building before... David Ritchie
Old and ugly, ca 1960-ish concrete and glass eyesore its an aesthetic insult!  Clare McGovern
Oppresive, bland ,I spend to much time in it!! And the front doors don't work and it's bland - has no character, doesn't fit in with the rest of the 'older' parts of the uni. Pamela Nicol
60's nightmare,It sucks. Everything about it sucks. The doors suck. The labs suck. The lecture halls suck. Even the graffiti in the lecture halls sucks.  Martin Rutherford
It is obvious that years of thought went into its design, especially the exterior.Solid concrete block  Ahmed Qureshi
It's horrible to look at, it's horrible to be in and it's not very functional - and it's difficult to get in and out of. Richard Cooper
The lifts dont work properly  Gordon McKirdy
The Total lack of any style whatsoever It is a towering, square, concrete monstrosity. This building looks as if it was designed by an architect who, on his deathbed, decided that his magnum opus was to be the design of a building which would detract most horribly from the relative beauty of the old university. It is a monument to cold, ugly and unfeeling functionality and the sight of this bunion makes my blood run cold on a daily basis.  Steve Nicholson
We can still take more comments about the Boyd Orr or any other building in Glasgow
