Dynamics and Connectivity: Beyond Blobology

fMRI has provided remarkable insights into the - where - of neural processing but because of its inherent temporal properties cannot tell us much - when - the different areas are active. This talk will show how magnetoencephalography (MEG) can help address the - when - of neural processing and also be used to examine which brain areas are interacting. I will also discuss how new developments in dynamics can be used to examine - what - types of processing are taking place.
