We live in a culture where false beliefs of what classes as healthy nutrition run rife, courtesy of strong advertising campaigns by cereal companies. Here I will discuss & put right two of these modern myths, discussing alternatives with a strong argument for why considering the science of nutrient choice & timing is so important not just for body composition, but health of mind & body in general.
