BLINKING ON NAME ANCHOR

Simple css :target, in css1, allows text background to be colored and to blink
when jumping to the anchor.
The trouble is: the mod (the color) gets wiped by any other html construct, so
can't, apparently, just span tables, headings etc.
But CAN just have id=name  e.g. id=patera and it works
and don't need the <A name> at all, if you have the id


And of course can't have <A name- ></A> no text at all included
