One window for UI plus error reports;  2nd window for output.
Don't see win1 unless necessary: no args, errors, ...
	Output in a separate window.? and that one popped to top.
	If errors, failures: perhaps show error report under the UI.
I.e. for proxy: no window for UI just for output.
For interaction (expt.) 2 windows. (or tabs)


Timeouts on URLs so doesn't hang.

Possible error analyses:
	Error code.  Std. translation.  See err string in HEAD
	Server -> ID.  Server -> synonyms.
	Full URL even if it overflows std. browser URL box.
	URL translated / decoded in several ways?
	Server PING or verify server replied
	Spelling correction on URL / trunc on URL: 
		presented as clickable links to test.
